But how can I set my computer to load from a floppy disk when its booting up?

Yes, I am trying to overclock a GPU. I have spent about 5 hours reading all of the stuff I think I need to know. What I'm doing is relatively simple. I want to up the Core and Memory speeds. However, this is the one thing I didn't find.

no question is dumb over here ;)
also, to set boot from floppy, just enter your bios and change your boot priority (shud be under advanced settings) and then set the first bootable device as your floppy disk
also, i have no clue how overclock a gpu and booting from a floppy disk are in common...but u could always get riva tuner for all ur OCing needs :p

I dunno how to load from a floppy cause I don't even have a floppy, but anyways you can download coolbits http://downloads.guru3d.com/download.php?det=815 after you install it you can go into the clocks menu and change them.

->right click desktop
->select Nvidia Display
->select Clock frequency
->change however you see fit

Okay....then after I change the shit, I can restart and its good as new, but with pimped speeds?

you don't even have to restart, just change the speeds and check it to autoload with windows, that way you always will have that speed.

Yes, but you have to have CoolBits registry tweaks to enable you to OC. Or RivaTuner, it's better cause CoolBits will allow, say a 356MHz OC when you hit "Test" but 354MHz core is a "failure."

hmmm, maby I should try running my graphics card at a higher core then 550, maby it has the strange memory bug, 1500mem was causing me artifacts but 1700 is fine.

Edit: doesn't work, but I'm content with a 540Core limit.

Yeah, at least you now know, if in question you can do a search on google and if that doesn't work you can try posting in this forum.
