REALLY annoying problem

Ok check my mobo (Sig) and Im using Gigabytes Easy Tune 4 to check my temps and of course overclocking :p

But there is one problem. I can't seem to set it to Advanced mode. I've also tryed downloading Easy Tune 5... Exactly the same damn prob =\

My mates old computer is EXACTLY mine.. Right down to the CPU and RAM. And he can get advanced mode to overclock. And I can't...
Has anyone eles ran into this problem... Or am I a lone suffer? :p
 
Given I have never used this program, I would suggest comparing BIOS settings on your buds comp with what you have. Might help, or it might be a complete waste of time.
