REAL voltage readings, how?

OK got my IP35 Pro and a e8400
I heard this board droops around 0.09v?!

BIOS says 1.45 volts
CPU-Z says 1.41
Speedfan says 1.34

Also, how about temps, is Speedfan accurate? <<<<<<
it reads lower than BIOS by about 10C.

What can I do to get the true actual voltage I am running?
What app/ program is most accurate?

You get true accurate readings with a good old fashioned (or new depending on how cheap you are) multimeter on the board itself.
 
Do you have the latest bios for your ip35? Do that because I recall wonky readings when a wolfie plays with an ip35 pro. Also, use realtemp for temperature monitoring of the processor. As for voltage, the most surefire way is to measure off the mobo using a multi-meter, although I would trust cpu-z.
 
I have the Abit IP35 Pro. My vdroop is 0.03 and vdrop is 0.01. I think 0.09 is a little excessive and abnormal.
 
Ip35 Pro here and VDroop @ 1.3250v, as shown in CPU-Z is .03-.04. I did notice at higher voltages, the VDroop seems to go up a little - .05 or even .06.

My 8x400 stable setup is:
BIOS setting:1.325v
shown in CPU-Z: 1.300
shown in CPU-Z under load: 1.260-1.270
