ReadyNAS and printer problem

About 3 months ago, I setup a ReadyNAS 2150 for a small law firm. They use it primarily to share office files inbetween computers (word, quicken, etc). Also at that time, I setup their old Laserjet 2200d printer using the Print Server on the ReadyNAS. I plugged it into the USB on the NAS and everything was straightforward and worked great on all 5 of their pcs. I just got a call that they are having trouble printing from 2 of their older PC's but not the 2 newer ones(ALL run XP). I walked them through uninstalling the printer and re-installing it and the printer printed a couple test pages just fine, then got a call about 10 minutes later that it was back to its problem. The main problem that they mentioned was that it takes a long time to print. From clicking print in wordperfect to the page actually coming out was about 14 minutes, but it still printed with no errors.

I'm supposed to be heading in on Friday to do some other work and clear this up, Any ideas for me to try?
