Readyboost for mix SSD / Regular HD?

Took advantage of a two pack flash drive sale. Running a PC with a 180 Gig SSD and 8 T in mixed regular drives. Would adding that drive as a ready-boost bring any benefit to my configuration?
 
Guessing you haven't looked closely. Readyboost disabled when SSD is holding OS as it smashes a USB.

RB was in many cases a WOFTAM, just add decent amount of RAM and turn the PF off.
 
Is your OS installed on the SSD? If it is then there would be no benefit.
