Does anybody know of software that will read PDF files to you ? Books and articles mostly. Free or paid doesn't matter.

I have tried Natural Reader and it is pretty good but when the PDF has any pictures the program doesn't know how to seperate it from the text and it only displays and reads about a paragraph.
