RDP from home to work results in black screen during login, anyone?

Hi,

I have a user here at work that I'm trying to help, well just began to, anyway. The issue is when she remote desktops into her work PC, she gets a black screen. No error, no disconnect, just a black screen. I googled it and got some options to try but I just wondering if anyone has seen this and corrected it before? Figure I could possibly save some time.


She's using Windows XP SP3 on a laptop. The VPN works fine. RDP intially lods fine, but then the black screen. Not sure of anymore details yet as I'm waiting for the user to get back to me for assistance.
