RBX vs TDX vs Maze3

Im gonna make an order today and I am torn between these 3 choices. Is there any reason i should pick one over the other?

I am not to crazy about 2 outlets on the RBX because that just means more hose clutter in my case.

How 'good' are those Lucite tops? Has anyone ever had a problem with it?

DD D4 12v
Maze4 Chipset Block
Old style Radeon Block(since the maze4 wont fit on my 9700)

An S-TDX with lucite top.
Works great looks sexy and was worth every penny to me :) so you know where my vote goes.
Now as far as how is DD's lucite...well Ill trust their lucite to anything before I trust D-Tek's poly... I've had around 6 DD blocks everything from the Maze3 to my current S-TDX (the Geforce 6 cooler is the exception since i havent upgraded video yet) and not one of those blocks tops ever gave me a problem. When I went from a maze3 to a D-Tek TC-4 rev2 with poly top things looked great...that was untill I took the block out to mod it and noticed the bolts were factory tight and the soft poly was cracking badly as were the hose bard openings...lucky for my I use betadine in my water so it gummed up into the cracks and sealed off the water....
 
Cool, that makes me feel a lot better about their product. I am slowly leaning towards the TDX now.

Should I invest in Accelerator Nozzles? Why would I need them? Im still learning about watercooling and I dont know anything about accelerating the water.

im gonna use distilled water. i should filter it? also, you recommend a t-line. even with a res?
 
nozzle 5 can be prone to clogging, if something enters the water. something that is easier to control with a t line, if your res is clean, and is sealed then you shouldnt have any problems.

what i meant by filtering was using one of those metal filter mesh that are usually available at any home, that way you are sure that the water is pure of something that might clog the nozzle.

i am sorry i didnt explain myself better the first time:)

those are little precautions to set it up, so that you dont run into any problems, most people dont do anything that i just wrote an they never have a problem, its a few things that me and my friends picked up while working with the block. it got clogged, we filtered the water, and the problem came back a month later, we filtered again, and started looking for a point of entry for the dust which was his res, not all res are equal his sucked .after that its been months without any problems, and the block does perform very well.

is the DD12v-D4 that im getting powerful enough for me to use a #5 nozzle, and my loop consisting of cpu block, NB block, and gpu block? would that be too restrictive?

You'll be fine. The DD pump has great flow and head.
 
Myself I use nozzel #4 #5 is cool and all but I dunno...last thing I need is something clogging it. So far I Love my S-TDX
