Does it make a scratchy noise in use?

Can someone compare hyperglides with original razer feet and/or with padsurfers on Icemat!

I have used the stock razer feet, the pads that come with the icemat, and normal teflon tape. All three of them made the scratchy sound you are referring to and I really didn't notice too big of a difference between them as far as noise level goes. The noise is really not that annoying once you have used the setup for a week or so, I wouldn't worry about it.
 
Imho will go okay.
I use Icemat ver.2 surferz and the sound is really not annoying, but the gliding is just awsome.
