Razer Mamba issues

So I bought the Razer Mamba on Monday, Received it on Thursday night. Set it up and it seemed to be fine. Everything was working for about a day or 2.

Then this afternoon I noticed something weird. My mouse cursor didn't move when I moved the Razer Mamba. So I plugged in another mouse and tried and it worked.

The weird thing is when either the Mamba mouse or the dock is connected, the cursor would randomly (about every 30 seconds to a minute) it would look like it's spazzing down towards the bottom right corner of the display. Triggering the "show desktop" tab Microsoft had relocated there.

So.. long shot, would anyone know of any potential fix or should I try my luck with Razer support?

:/

Razer = terrible.

I used to be a huge Razer fanboi when they came out but after being burned 4x by various Razer products, now I only Logitech. They have great style though

Yea. Razer has gone to shit. Used to be a fan of them myself a while back.

OP I'd RMA it or return it and get something else. I just replaced my old Naga that has developed phantom doublebxlick with a Logitech g700s

I got the mouse at 50% off from their website. So hopefully they didn't send me a refurb or something. :p But I did already submit a ticket with them, but since it's the weekend and they are apparently overwhelmed with tickets from that sale they had it will take a while before I get a response.

I've only tried to deal with Razer support once in the past, about the Ironclad mouse pad I bought (at a discount. :p) But they declined warranty on it because they considered it wear and tear. After using it for about half a year.

If Razer does not follow through with their warranty, then I might consider Corsair mouse if they're worth it. I already have the Vengeance K95 and I love using it.

So...Razer is willing to exchange the mouse only if I pay to ship the thing back to them. I've used the mouse for all of 2 days, it died and they expect me to give them more money for a working unit.

Now I know why Razer is terrible. lol
