I was going to post this as a reply to a thread of mine where I was trying to determine how I got infected, but I figured this was important enough to post in it's own thread.

When I went to reinstall my mouse software after a format due to a virus, I saw the warning at the top of the Razer support site saying that their site had been infected.

If any of you have updated your Razer drivers recently, you might want to look into this.

Just to make the info available right here...
If you have downloaded and installed drivers or firmware from www.razersupport.com between September 19-22 it is highly recommend that you:

  1. Immediately do a virus scan using one of the following sites.
  2. Uninstall the affected Razer Software that was installed.
  3. Reinstall a fresh copy of the software package from www.razersupport.com
If you have been affected due to this incident, please write in to us directly at http://help.razersupport.com/us-en/email.asp or submit in a support ticket. We are also in the process of restoring all of our driver files and firmware. If you come across a broken link to a file, do write in to us at http://help.razersupport.com/us-en/email.asp with the subject "Missing file". We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
