I understand where you are coming from and it seems like a good idea, but in reality it just not going to work as efficiently as you want it to. When air gets warmed up its flow tends to go to the top. This is why most exhaust fans are at the top of cases today. They are placed there because that is where most of the hot air is collected. Flipping your bottom fans would just deny any cool air trying to get into your case.
