I'm thinking about removing two of the bottom 180's and replacing them with a rad down there.

I'm worried about the room I'll hav between it, and my 6970's. Would a Stealth 360 fit?
 
You should remove the brackets/mounts the fans slide onto as well. That'll give you plenty of room.
