I was thinking of just getting all Koolance blocks for easy of shipping.

What do you guys think of this flow diagrams.

The BLUE are 3/8 ID connections and the RED are the 1/4 ID.

For the Koolance set, I was looking at around 650.

I'm deadset on getting the exos 2 for the pump, rad and resovoire set as I need an exterior unit.

Do you guys think I should get other blocks for the GPU and CPU?

NB = $60

GPU Blocks x 2 =
CPU Block =
Exos 2 = 360
Misc. =

Before deciding on getting Aqua Computer gear I was at the same point as you with the Koolance EXOS II unit as I have an EXOS I unit as well. The idea of splitting the 3/8 line into two 1/4 lines is not a good solution. There are people who work for Koolance who frequent this site that also don't recommend you do it either. If you do do it then you should figure on at least three split 1/4 lines to somewhat equal one 3/8 line. Sorry but if you do the math that is what it works out to. Besides you will have to design your system to make sure that the coolant travels equally down all lines because coolant travels the path of least resistance. :(

So if you are dead set on the EXOS II then I would recommend that you ditch using the Koolance NB or GPU coolers and instead use the Aqua Computer blocks and get them with 3/8 ID x 1/8 BSPP hose barbs. You can find all the stuff I'm talking about here and run it all in one loop.

BTW, for the kind of money you are thinking about you can have a pretty nice Aqua Computer unit that you would be proud to show off to your friends and have the radiator outside the case . :D

The aqua computer stuff is nice but sharka is always out of stock on those otherwise I'd go with all aqua blocks for GPU CPU and NB. Though my one gripes with the GPU block from aqua has the neons, I dont want more wires to power or clogg up my system!

Though I'm still open to using other 3/8 ID blocks for the GPU, NB and CPU.

What other alternate block would you recommend Top Nurse?

Does anyone know of a case pass through kinda this but just simple dual bards for the inside as well as outside?. http://www.koolance.com/shop/product_info.php?cPath=37&products_id=106

The only reason I'm using the splitters above was that because they're a step down in hose size and I cant just go from 3/8 to 1/4 in series.

LOL.. you think Sharka is always out of stock, you should have tried to order AC stuff from other USA imports for the past year. You would order and wait two-four months for the product. Sharka is on their third order in just over a month so within a few weeks we should start to see stock improving. There is enough on Sharka's shelves to create quite a few systems, last time I checked. The only hot item is the 6800 block which only comes in limited quantities right now. Sharka gets 8-10 and sells them in 24 hours.

These are the blocks I am using on my A8N-SLI NB and my Asus EN6600 GT's. All of these items are good in stock at Sharka Corp. Oh and they don't have neon lights, but it would be easy to rig one up! I'm putting LED's in my Cuplex XT and TwinPlex's which is a piece of cake if you have access to a drill press or mill. :D

Hehe thanks TN.

I hate LED lights inside my case is a nil since it's a Lilian P2100, no windows :)

Neg, I wouldnt even see the windows :)

Thank you for ALL the valuable inputs. (Esp. Top Nurse and Theseeker for his aqua thread).

I just pulled the trigger at sharka.

All aqua plugs will have barbed 3/8 ID fittings to keep the flow rate from the koolance exos.

Aqua Computer Aquagra FX 6800 R.2 VGA Water Block GPU x 2 = 209.90
Aqua Computer Twinplex Water Block GPU or NB w/ P&C Fittings = 59.95
Aqua Computer Cuplex XT CPU Block w/ P&C Fittings = 109.95
Tygon 3/8" ID x 1/2" OD Tubing - Clear = 15

Shipping = 13
Total = $410 In just waterblocks and tubing alone!!!!!

Then another 360 for the exos2.

Man this stuff better serve up martinis too :)
