I've come up with this setup for cooling my Q6660 & NB Chipset on my eVGA 680i. I posted this in one of my other threads but the question was kinda dumb so I doubt the people who knew the answer to this part actually looked at it. 
Radiator: Swiftech MCR-220
Pump: Swiftech MCP655 D5
Reservoir: Swiftech Micro Hi-Flo
CPU Block: D-Tek Fuzion
NB Chipset Block: EK-NB eVGA 680i (Acrylic)
10ft of 3/8'' ID Masterkleer
and some Blue UV Reactant
Also for the fittings, I'm going to want to keep everything 3/8'' ID I assume? Which means the tube fits inside of it and the clamp comes around where as OD means you're surrounding the barb and clamping it down? Just double checking.
Total for that set is $288.90 including shipping so it isn't too bad?
Do you think it would be worth cooling the SB as well?
I plan on bringing my Quad to a stable 3.4-3.5ghz and am willing to do what's needed cooling wise to get there. I'm dropping the extra money on the pump incase I decide to throw down money later for a GPU 8800GTX Water Block. Only thing I'm sort of worried about is short-changing the Radiator by not going 3x120mm but I'm not exactly cooling a lot I don't think?
Finally, do you think a Corsair 620W is enough to power an 8800GTX (eventually SLI), a Q6600 overclocked to 3.5, an eVGA 680i A1 Mobo and 2 gigs of G.SKILL Ram with timings dropped? I'm pretty sure it should but I'm a little concerned. :|
