I would say hold off until Prescott comes out and then upgrade to that.
 
im confused, your post says you have one kind of ram, your sig says you are planning to upgrade to something else.
 
I wouldn't upgrade the RAM to OCZ. OCZ is a joke just like IBM Deskstars. I wouldn't go off benchmark results because nither of these brands are quality brands because of their history and what they've done.

For RAM buy from real manufacters like Mushkin, Corsair, or Kingston.

Does the ibm deskstar name remind you of star wars? maybe im odd.

you're really in the high end so anything is gonna be incremental, maybe buy some games to play if you have cash :)

Your system is cool for now, a 7/10 I would say.

Dont bother uprgrading till prescott comes out.
 
Do you guys really think the Prescotts are going to blow away the AMD 64 3000 and 3400? I am not convienced. Personally I think they are playing catch up at this point.

On other hand maybe the Prescot will match AMD releasing some faster CPUs and bring down the price of the 3400s.
