rate from 1-10, and let me know if there's anything I should change!

Core i5 @ 2.67Ghz (LGA 1156)
Asus P7P55D PRO
Nvidia GTX 465
8gb Corsair Vengeance @ 1600MHz
Samsung BX2431
CM HAF X 942

Do you want us to rate it based on what is available on the market or based on what your needs are?

The two answers would differ immensely; the latter of which we couldn't answer without more detailed information about what you do with your computer. And if you game, what res you play at.

6-7 out of 10 based on whats out now.

Could overclock and add another 465 and 8gb (which is dirt cheap) which would bump it up drastically.

Do they have to be the exact same card? as I look though websites it says the GTX 465 is no longer available. And why dont SLI cards come with an SLI bridge connector?

Due to the fact that the spacing of expansion slots on a motherboard varies from manufacturer to manufacturer and model to model, there is no standard size of SLI connector outside of the pinout of the connectors on the adapter themselves. It doesnt have to be the same brand card for SLI, but it must be the exact same model card ex. you will need a 465, and the same amount of memory is preferable. You should be able to order a replacement SLI connector through your motherboard manufacturer, or through ebay.

ok cool! that helps me a great deal... I think ultimately what ill do is sell my EVGA 465 GTX and upgrade... but order 2:D

No problem, probably the best course of action at this point IMHO, with the 7970's and 7950's coming out :D

7. 6.
I took a point off for HAF.

LOL...I'm trying to get rid of my Haf-x now...I thought it was nice when I first got it but now I kinda regret it. Still in the box never used. I even got a Haf-932 side panel window for it.

As for the rig, I give it a 6 cause your CPU is old news like mine and 1156 is dead platform. Not bad though...better than a lot of what's out there still.
