Tygon tubing, lighting comes later. Obviously I'll be using clamps and such, those are small expenses. Using Sanyo Denkis for the fans, provided I can find them, all controlled by a 3.5" fan controller. 4x120mm (heatercore) and 4x80mm (case) fans. Specs in sig, GPU / CPU only.

Any final suggestions?

2 pumps in series provides a degree or so more cooling power (used Cathars listings). One single loop, the rad that you see there is a dual 120mm heatercore and that's the only one I'll be using.
 
two pumps is just going to add more heat along with more force... Unless youve got some long ass tubing i would go with one pump.

I think you should just run 1 pump and see what temps you get. Then if you need to up it you can run it a 13.8 volts for additional performance. you are looking at less than 1 degree C difference in all scenarios. Also I would not spend the extra money on the silver block. Stick with copper and save some $$$
The difference between 2 mcp 600 and 1 is .3 degrees c in cathar's example. Hardly worth the extra cash in my opinion. Of course YMMV
 
One advantage of running two pumps is that if one fails all that happens is that temps go up but no major problem. I like the idea of a redundant setup.
 
Dont know if id run two pumps on one core unless i needed alot of head :p distance that is
