Hi, this is my second attempt of overclocking, the first one was only overclocling de cpu, now i started with the GPU, i would like to remind you that, 3 weeks ago, i didnt even know what a FSB was, so thats why i bought a Mobo without agp/pci lock

My specs:
- AMD Athlon64 3000+ 512k L2, (stock 2.0hz, OC : 2282mhz @ 228x10) 37celcius idle, 42 celcius full load, stock heatsink cooling
- MSI NeoFSR k8t800 (no agp/pci lock options *shit why im a noob
- 2x512 Corsair Value Select RAM DDR400 pc3200 CL2.5
- Ati radeon 9800XT stock speed of 412/ 365, OC 444/402 @ 63celcius idle, 69celcius full load

System temps: Idle 32c, Load 38c

Here some benchmarks:

3DMARK01: Stock=18,838 | OC=21,138
3DMARK03: Stock=6,573 | OC=7,218
AQUAMARK03: Stock GFX= 6,207 Stock CPU= 8,248 | OC GFX= 6,798 OC CPU= 9.390

My questions:

-Can i override the fan speed in ATI tools more then 100% ?
-Should i lower the memory core and higher the core speed of my GPU ?
-Are my temps too high (there is a controvercy when i ask for my GPU temps, some are telling me that its WAY too high, some are telling me that below 75c its correct
- Should i try OC my RAM too or my case temps are too high.

Thanks guys!

Question #.

1. Can u have 110% of ur sandwich in the morning?
2. The max overclock on core/memory isn't really dependent on going lower on the other one, etc. U find the core max, leave it. Find memory max, leave it. Ie u use both at max or almost max at same time not one or the other.
3. Not sure about temps on A64 platforms myself but i'd think anything above 60C u should start to worry.
4. U have valueram so at most maybe try running cas 2 instead of default 2.5 and see if its stable as thats a nice jolt to performance somewhat if its free.
