Rate my new upcoming A64 X2 system

I'm planning on building this new X2 system. What you think of these specs? I'm not really interested in an SLI system and I'm not planning on overclocking. I know that you need a PSU with a -5 volt if you use on board sound with the MSI board, but i'm going to use an Audigy 2ZS card. The Enermax PSU doesn't have a -5 volt. Will I have any problems if I get the Enermax and having the onboard sound disabled?

for the PSU, I'd suggest one of the following

1) Antec NeoPower or one of the True Power II series
2) OCZ PowerStream

I agree that it's the best, but since he's not overclocking, and only has one hard drive and one graphics card, it's really overkill.
