Looks like good deal! You might me a little tight on power however so you might need to keep an eye on that. You'll definitely need a new PSU if you go for a higher end GPU.
 
I am using the hard drive which I have in my current PC. Everything besides the Q6600, HD3870, and case I got from Newegg. The motherboard is open box, as I don't need any SATA cables or accessories. I missed out on a sale for the video card from Best Buy, they had it for 215 i paid 250. I should have just ordered that from newegg as well, as they have cards for 170. I bought the video card from Best Buy, before going to Microcenter, where a check did not go through; so I ordered everything from newegg besides the CPU and case, in which I returned to Microcenter to buy them with cash. I gotta say I am using the HD 3870 in my AMD build right now, and it is great.

The motherboard I guess went up in price or there was a deal. I lied if you add the price up minus the fans it comes to around $827.00.
