Raptor 150 help!!!!

I got myself a Raptor few days ago. I tried to install window in the hard drive but after the blue screen set up. It will show missing hal.dll file. at first I thought it was an dual boot problem so i tried to install window on another SATA drive of mine. no problem there. i set up my raptor 150 on another system of mine and the problem there again
so do u guys think it's an hard drive problem or i just too dumb hhaha.
anyway need help!
