Rapid beeps during or after post

I recently acquired a ASUS A8N32 SLI Deluxe and I threw a Opteron 170 on it with 2 sticks of OCZ Platinum DDR400 totaling 2GB.

I've been trying to overclock it, the highest absolutely stable clock I've gotten is 10x 280 for 2.8Ghz w/ ram set at 133 for DDR ~360ish after overclock.

I tried pushing it to 10x 300 for 3.0Ghz. It ran fine with the ram set at 100 for DDR300. However if I set it at 133 so it would be at DDR400 speeds it won't boot. It would POST but during POST it would freeze and give me non-stop rapid beeps. It usually does that when it hits checking the memory, but it did it during memtest once, and once when I was actually in the BIOS already.

One more little tidbit, setting the ram up too high, regardless if it passes memtest or not will trash the windows installation. The ram memtests up to DDR 460 fine, however it will trash Windows XP for sure.
