Just wanted to pass this along in case anybody owns an I-Inc monitor. So I purchased an I-inc iH-252HPB 25" from tigerdirect last year. Decent budget LCD (not as good as my previous Samsung/Acer LCD's ) anyways about two months ago I started to get this 6 inch tick black block going from top to bottom on the right hand side of my lcd randomly. Sometimes it would come and say hi other times it would be very distorted (fuzzy I guess) on that section of the lcd.
Something like this
So I shipped it out to them after going back in forth through emails for a week, spent about $30.00 dollars for the box/material/insurance/delivery confirmation/priority mail. They get it on Monday and I have a replacement monitor 2 days after on Thursday (so give them credit for that).
Well the new monitor is here and this is what they ended up sending me
Notice the huge black distorted black lines between the red bars
Here we have some nice green block going from top to bottom, it appears every time the screen has to used dark colors specially
black
So now I have to ship this AGAIN on my own expense with the hope that they actually brother to send me something they tested
I'm not even mad more disappointed that they keep sending the same crap back and forth. Lesson of the day buy known name brand :/
