'Rank' upgrades not working?

Just an observation for the staff's consideration: I have surpassed the 1024 post mark and have not gotten that [H]ard|Gawd rank. Is there something up with the system, or am I the only experiencing this?
 
This account was closed by your own request. When that is done you are basically banned, but your title is set at a permanent rank of when it was closed. Somehow, your account was reactivated, probably due to the recent server switches. You shouldn't be using this account at all. Pick the account you wish to keep and the extra will be closed...let me know. The ranking system is functioning perfectly, btw.
