I'm tryin to help out my friend here with her laptops random shut down issue. What seems to be happening is whenever a load or stress is put on the CPU, it shuts down. I had her run Prime95 and the computer shut down. This just recently started happening. My theories are that it is an overheating problem, or that the vcore volatage isn't stable. Virus scan from TrendMicro came back clean. Any ideas to fix her problem?
