Hello, I know when I bought my computer where I bought it from was a huge mistake. I bought my computer from Ibuypower.com because they were cheap. This is what I got from them.

Raidmax RX-9 Gaming Case
UltraX Infinity 600W PSU
Asus P5N32SLI-Deluxe Mobo
Intel Extreme Edition 3.46gHz dual-core 2x2MB cache, 1066MHz fsb
2 - 74GB WD Raptor 10k RPM HDD Raid-0
2GB Ram
Nvidia 7900GTX 512MB xfx card

I've been having the same problems for the past 4 months, sent the computer into Ibuypower.com and they've claimed to have fixed it numerous times and claimed to have replace the motherboard atleast 3+ times. Now, I'm not stupid they tell me they replaced my mobo but obviously they haven't because they way I had to re-wire the computer I remembered where all the wires were placed and how they were placed, and not one of them were moved differently or anything so thats my proof they didn't replace the mobo. But, the problem I'm having is my computer randomly shuts down out of no where. I could be surfing the internet and it'll shut down, in the middle of playing a game and it'll shut down, or my computer could be idle for close to 20-30minutes and it'll just shut down. I've checked in the Power Management options, and everything is set to "Always On". I know the PC isn't over-heating, I've checked into the BIOS after its shut down on me and it always reads at a normal temp. The mem is fine, I've tested each and every piece by shutting the comp off and testing each one in all the slots. I replaced the PSU from a 420W psu when I first bought the PC to a 600W PSU and that hasn't seemed to help. I'm getting kind of frusterated because I can't even leave the room because the computer will shut down without any warning or anything. I'm hoping someone can help me out here, because I'm really at a loss to what could be causing it to do this
 
You might try Memtest86 to test the meory also see what your CPU temps are running. It could be heat related, see if you can get a software probe and see what your cpu and gpu temps are running.
 
As Lamont Cranston said, run Memtest and hammer your RAM to make sure it's stable at it's current settings. Also get yourself a copy of MBM (motherboard monitor) or any other "monitoring" utility so you can keep an eye on your temps AND voltages while the system is running. Load an instance of prime95 to keep the temps up, then run a video benchmark (3dMark01,03,05,06) to stress the video subsystem. If you have the thermal shutdown features turned OFF in your BIOS, the system should NOT shut down due to overheating. You may want to do a google search on how to manually (using a digital voltmeter) check your powersupply's 3v, 5v and 12v rails.

yeah, after arguing with customer service from Ibuypower.com for about 3hrs in total (1hr being put on hold, 1hr being transfered back and forth to customer support and tech support, and 1hr arguing with a customer service rep) they decided to rebuild my computer from scratch again, because this is the 5th time i've sent it back to them with the same problem which was Random shut downs. I checked the memory, everything was good. Wasn't over-heating was staying at 46C in games. I had an Asus monitor checking temps and everything nothing seemed to be overheating. so i dont know, they dont know so they decided to rebuild it w/ new parts
 
well atleast they are doing something. Now the trick will be to get the *new* machine and see how it runs
 
Are they going to rebuild it for the sixth time now with the same craptacular Ultra PSU?

I've seen that problem over and over again with those Ultra PSUs. There's a reason many places are trying to get rid of them "Free after rebate".
