random restarts

I am playing a game and my comp random restarts, like every other day or every day.

my specs:
3.0 to 3.75
ic7 max3
1 gig XMS 4400
9800 pro
2 WD SE 80 gig
Audigy1
Watercooled custom setup

I am just wondering what u guys recommend i do.

You might need a better power supply. What do you have right now?

antec 430, it came with my case

Well, I guess it's not that then. Probably just not a stable OC. Try running some prime95 and see how that goes.

could the waterblock be to tight on the cpu and stressing it?

No, that wouldnt cause random restarts.

me i think my cpu is stable, could i reformat could that make a diff.

Sounds like the PSU. The fact that it's new means little.
