Random restart durring Orthos = ?

I'm currently pushing my E6750 near 4ghz. It doesn't error out, but just randomly restarts durring the test, does that mean I am just not giving it enough voltage, or the cpu just isn't going to go any higher? The temps are already going out of my comfort zone, so I don't want to really give it any more volts if it won't matter. I'm at 1.52v currently.

3.9ghz is perfectly stable, btw.

I'm using the Tuniq Tower.

Temps are nearing 75c load under orthos's small FFTs test. =( I might need to get a new Heatsink (what do you suggest?) or may be forced to go water cooling if I want to keep it this high. (but I really didn't want to)

You would spend alot of money to go from 3.9 to 4.0 if you wanted watercooling. I would keep it at 3.9 and be happy.

The tuniq tower is one of the best, but you might pop in a more powerful fan?

Yeah, 3.9 for an E6750 is still really damn good.

for me 75c is a little too high, lower the voltage a bit, but thats just me
