random reboots

my computer randomly reboots and its very irritating. i doubt its my power supply or my ram [probably software conflicts] any ideas?
 
im having the same issue. It's not my OS (reinstalled differant OS). I have a feeling it's a cooling issue... which *might* be something to consider in your case.

I just added another fan that is going to cool off a 200GB hard drive i have in the system.....
 
I put in an extra fan pointed at my 200GB hard drive, problem solved!
