random reboots, does this look normal?

I've been getting random reboots, so I started stress testing my cpu today, no issues so far, but the temps seem to be not evenly distributed, does this look normal??

room temp is 76*F

Holy Hell, you probably need to re-seat your heatsink and put a fresh application of thermal paste. I'm running my Q @ 3.3 GHz and 1.37 V and I only hit 63C under load with the same ambient temperature.

Also make sure the fan is running and if it is make sure it's running at full speed.

its running @ 100%, just checked in the bios. The woman just grabbed me some compressed air as well.
