My wife's rig has recently started acting strangely. She would be gaming and all of a sudden it would restarts and say "DISK BOOT FAILURE, INSERT SYSTEM DISK AND PRESS ENTER" for no apparent reason. The motherboard won't detect the hard drives even if we press reset. It is only when we shut it down completely and restart do the hard drives show up again and boot normally.
The hard drives and optical drive are connected to the Intel controller and not the Marvell one.
