Lately i have been having a lot of random re-boots I think it has something to do with the HD cause i just got a new one and when i installed and formated that day is when they started. For some reason could it be the PS or something else. Thanks in advance.

Could be lots of things actually.
First check any changes you may have made recently to the system. Added any hardware? Software? You may even want to run a virus and trojan scan to see if a malicious piece of software may have gotten a hold of your system.
Memory can be quite troublesome and if it goes bad can reek havoc on your system including the symptoms you describe.
You can then begin checking specific components maybe by taking all pieces of the system you don't need out, and swapping known good items for the parts you have. For example, to test the video card, find a video card that you know works, plug it in and see if the problem ensues.
Problems like this can sometimes take time to solve so I hope these steps help in some way.
P.S. Also make sure you CPU and video card are not overheating.

Best thing to do is try and check each part in turn.
First check Temps & Volts. Under full load if possible.
Then run..........
1. Memory = Memtest86.
2. CPU = Prime95
3. Vidio card = 3dMark.
If you have run the tests and found no errors then it time to look forsoftware errors.
Update drives and check for conflicts.

since the problem started with the new Hard Drive being installed i installed my old one and have been running it for good over 5 hours and no re-boots. So hopefully that is the problem.... So i guess it would be the HD and i need to exchange the one i have no. Thanks for the tips.
