Random, one-time memory error during POST

I went to boot up my computer after getting out of class today and I got the 3x 1 second beeps indicating a memory error according to my mobo manual. The system then looped, trying to boot over and over getting the error every time. I let it go for a few attempts then shut it down and switched off my PSU, and after about a minute I let it try to boot again and everything was fine.

This was about 6 hours ago and I have been through multiple restarts/shutdowns and game playing without issue since then. Is this something to be concerned about, or is it possible for it to be some kind of fluke? I hate running into issues like this. I would actually have preferred for the ram to just die outright so I could replace it without any uncertainty. :(

Edit: I don't know if this has any significance, but last night before I shutdown my computer I was using CPU-Z to monitor my cpu voltage and for whatever reason I glanced at the SPD tab and it showed all of my memory slots as being empty. The memory tab had correct timings, memory amount and frequency though. After the memory error/successful boot this afternoon the spd tab detects both of my modules fine. This could have just been a cpu-z quirk but it was something memory related that happened recently.
