ok here is the deal

i can download a program or just install it form cd and i get an error that status that the package is corrupted or something like that.

And then sometime i dont get them and then i will get them.

i have tested the ram and hard drive and they pass with flying colors.

I think it is the power supply.

Cpu is been moved and tried a different one and does the same thing. the Motherboard is brand new.

Please let me know of something i can do to test to see what the problem is

NOTE
Have reinstalled about 4 time today and 3 yesterday

Are you sure the processor is not overheating? You may want to check your cooling setup to see if anything is not right.

Also check all connections and cables. Something may by loose or you could have a cable going bad.

We'd be better able to help diagnose your problem better if we knew exactly what the error messages say. What OS are you using and have you done anything inside your case recently that may have damaged or unseated a cable etc.?
