Random buzzing/cut outs during video/audio

My computer's sound will buzz during a song and sometimes in games or video. It jus studders the song and in place plays a buzz. Its not a problem with song or anything.

What could be causing this? The video pays fine its just sound to it. I can tell if the video stops while the buzzing occurs, cuz it only lasts about 1 second.

What could be causing this? Bad sound drivers?
 
Might be drivers, might be system load, or a dying card (only a slight chance though)
