Random BSOD: 0x051

So i rebooted my computer and out of no where i am getting a BSOD Stop error code 0x051 (Registry Error) and i have no restore points saved. Is there anything i can do to get my system up and running again?

And i have not touched the registry, this error came out of no where.

Is it creating a dump file that can be analyzed?

Well after doing everything I could think of, I said f**k it and formatted it. Thanks for your replies though everyone
