about a half a week ago when i got my viewsonic 19 crt monitor I went to plug the vga in and the computer just started right up. and no wake on LAN was not enabled. so i turned it off and tried it again to see if it would do it again, and it didnt. wtf what is this all about, it only did it this once and hasnt dont it since then. and the psu switch was in the on position.
 
hehe, check to see if you got "IRQ" or "PCI" "AGP" or anything that has to do iwth slots/configuration channels Wake up stuff...
my motherboard will monitor activity on certain IRQs and turn on if they get enough activitiy, check what IRQ your agp is and then browse the BIOS.
 
i cant find any wake up settings in the bios, i dont care if it does it, and it only did it once, is there a chance there could be a short or something in the mobo, thats what i was worried about.
