Random blurry question

Hi, i have a random question that just hit me. Whenever I watch streaming video, even in 600k-800k quality (so reasonable for streaming) and also when I watch tv with my usb2 tv card (a nebula digitv) the video is blurry.

Its only really noticeable when watching sport such as soccer or hockey when the ball/puck is being moved around quickly. Its not a big problem, when i sit far back its hardly noticeable (i mean you dont sit 6" away from your tv so!) but its still more blurry than regular tv. Is it just because tv's are generally less blurry? I couldnt say whether it happens in dvd's or not because as i say its only noticeable watching sport.

My monitor is a samsung 225bw
# Screen Size: 22 inches
# Aspect Ratio: 16:10 (Standard PC Widescreen)
# Resolution: 1680x1050 (60hz)
# Colors: 16.7 Million
# Brightness: 280cd/m2
# Contrast Ratio: 700:1
# Response Time: 5ms
# Viewing Angle: 160°/160° (CR>5)
# Inputs: Analog RGB,DVI Digital Link (with HDCP support)

Graphics card is a geforce 7900 GS.

Maybe just the screen being 60hz?

Not a problem just a curiosity, cheers
