Rampage formula + True120 Fan?

Just got done building my new rig and quickly noticed that the Rampage board uses 4 pins for the CPU fan.

Im using a TRUE 120 with a Scythe S-FLEX wich only has 3 pins, wich makes the board unable to control fan speed unlike my old DFI 939 board who could control the S-FLEX just fine with only 3 pins

so it just runs at a constant 1500 RPM wich is getting annoying real fast. any ideas?

Buy a fan controller? Does that board support fan speed control on other headers - if so just switch to a different header. Is the S-flex too loud at 1500 RPM - if so you must have a pretty quiet computer, I can't even hear mine.
