ive read the overclocking guide above and it says to buy ram that rated over the cpus fsb so it has more to overclock too. well what if my mobo says pc3200 ddr 400 ram? can i put ddr 500 in it so it makes the clock able to go up to 250? i have ddr 400 right now because i thought that was the max i could go on this mobo?

DDR 500 will work just fine. It will run at DDR400 at FSB200, and DDR500 at FSB250.
