all I have been hearing is that there is problems with Ram not working with AM2 socket mobos and i plan on getting one but I dont know what ram to get plaz help

I say you can't go wrong with QUALITY RAM such as OCZ. I am using 2GB of OCZ ddr2 667 in my Biostar AM2 mobo and there were zero problems, it auto-detected and passed memtest with flying colors.

I can't say I have heard lots I have heard of one or two kits that don't but on the whole its been fine. Any evidence to support this?

yes, we don't have a lot of people complaining. that's pretty good evidence.

The 2GB OCZ DDR2-800 Platinum EL works great.. 4-5-4-15 @ 2.1v. Runs in dual channel at 400mhz (800mhz aka pc6400). Passes all mem tests, benches great, 3d mark is good, games good, etc. This is in a MSI K9N Platinum SLI mobo. I've heard some good things from Corsair as well.

Im sorry i forgot to mention i was talking about ASUS Mobo's with ram thats ddr2 800 I heard is a problem with voltage if anyone has a AM2 ASUS board let me know what kind of ram you have and are using
