what should my frequency be for mt 2x 512 kingston ram. ????
frequency 210
fsb:dram 1:1
3,3,3,8
p4 northwood 3.0 @ 3.15
fsb @ 210

DDR 420MHz (210x2 = 1:1 ratio) Timings have no effect on the clock speed.
 
it's not about what your timings SHOULD be, it's what they CAN be... if you want to really boost the fsb and timings, drop the ratio to 5:4... When my ram was at 1:1, the most I could get was something like 215 fsb... now I'm at 283 with the timings at 2.5-3-4-5... 98% stable.. i'm limited by lack of memory voltage (board maxes at 2.85 and i'm not gonna mod it.. at least yet) and heat.. (memory and northbridge.. the cpu seems to have room left.. but oh well, a ghz OC is good enough for now..

A Ghz for an O/C is quite healthy, I wouldn't scoff at that!
