I have a single stick of MUSHKIN PC3500 level One. The SPD timings on this chip are 2.5-3-3-11. I have successfully ran the chip at: 2-2-3-11@2.8v and 2-3-3-6@Stock voltage.

Can anyone tell me which timings should give me the optimal performance? Also, I know ppl run BH-5 at 3.0+volts, this is CH-5 I believe, is 2.8 volts a safe voltage to run this ram at? I have it running this way for about a month so far.

Thanks, I have run sandra before, both timings produce about the same results. Actually I was looking for someone that would explain the difference in the timings and how they would affect the system.

Well the lower the number's are, the faster the ram is. But make sure you don't kill the ram. Hopefully someone will reply and explain it to you. Sorry :)
