Today Kyle cited a short report on the well-known trick of applying ramsinks so they can be removed n reused. Gawsh I have a bag of the lovely heavy zinced-copper fins, but has anyone shown convincingly whether these things will extend the envelope for vga card OC?

Since I have damaged at least 2 cards over the years applying or removing (or -tho I can't prove it- the ram dies from the torque on their leads) , and I'm unconvinced the benefits are balanced at all.
