what is the best way to attach the ramsinks to the card???

i dont have any thermal tape, or adhesive thermal paste,

are there and other ways?
 
I've got good results with thermal tape. It came with the ramsinks I bought but you can reportedly get good, thin 3M tape at Radio Shack.
 
I was looking for some of this stuff, thanks. BTW, frozencpu charges 7.15$ for USP Ground shipping. That's really nice...
