im used to seeing the RAM latency timings as eg. 2.5-3-3-7 1T...they say the last one <1T> is called the command rate and would want to know how i can change this in the bios...i have gone thru mine atleast 10 times but couldnt find it. Im using the DFI LanParty which has the Phoenix Genie bios.

they say this setting should be 1 for athlon 64's...so just want to make sure i have that.

as a general rule, you DON'T get to set that manually.

DFI has a truely ridiculous number of memory setting, though so:

although it is not a nice numerical value, having CPC turned on in your bios amounts to the same thing as having command rate set to 1(if the bios supports setting it).

an awful lot of people turn that setting off, while trying to OC, though, since it offers higher clocks. me, i go where the BANDWIDTH is.............heheh............
