Ram Recomendations!

Hey,
I am planning to upgrade my comp, I want to get some quality ram to replace my infineon 512mb DDR 2100. Being a newb in all of this I would like some of you guys to help me out on a decsion. I will probly get into OCing sooner or later and I will be playing games like Doom3/stuff like that. anyway i saw these at newegg: http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProductDesc.asp?description=20-145-450&depa=0 would that be a good choice for me? i just want somthing quality (fast) 1Gb (512x2) thats not going to leave me without arms and legs (cash-wise).

which is basiclly the same one you recommended except it has "Cas Latency "3" instead of 2.5 like the other is this .5 worth the extra 3 dollars??

umm 3 dollars lol i'd get even if it did'nt but the lower the cas the better

EDIT: Make sure to notice there ratings though. Thats why i'm getting the one for 160.
