So i bought the ASUS M4A78T motherboard for my computer and read the manual to see which memory works with it so I bought the G Skill 6GB (3 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600, but the thing is that on newegg it says that my mobo supports 2 channel and my RAM is 3 channel, will I be able to use this RAM and how will it affect me.

It should run fine, but you'll probably be operating on single channel instead of dual channel. There's no difference in the actual memory, just the number of DIMM slots used. By filling 3, it makes dual channel impossible.*

You'd be better off with one or two 2x2GB kits.

*It's been a long time since I've looked at new dual channel systems, it's possible they've become less picky, but I highly doubt it.
