Ram problem please help

OCZ 4GB 1333 Ram
2 x Zotec GTX460 786MB Sli
850w PSU
P6T LGA 1366 X58 ATX Motherboard
2x Cav blue 500gb Harddrives
Just built this, when ever i restart my computer, it goes from the 4gb ram i have, to 2gb. The only way to fix this is shut down, open up, remove ram, reinstall then close up and start up again. Only then will it read the 4 again...Whats goin on?? how can i fix this.
